DLP Capital Partners Will Host Interactive Event For Current and Future Investors
DLP Real Estate Capital is excited to announce the company’s first-ever ‘live’ virtual dinner party event, hosted by its investment arm, DLP Capital Partners. Consistently Building Wealth In All Market Conditions will be held on April 30 at 6 p.m. EST. This virtual event will take the place of the company’s normally scheduled in-person gala, (held in Bethlehem, PA; St. Augustine, FL; Asheville, NC; Austin, TX; and St. Simons Island, GA) due to current self-quarantine and social distancing standards taking place throughout the country.
Don Wenner, Founder and CEO, will broadcast the event from a remote location in St. Augustine, Florida, home of the company’s southern headquarters. Wenner comments, “We are thrilled to host a virtual event, which in hindsight, will give us the opportunity to reach an even wider audience. Now, more than ever, investors are looking for sound alternative opportunities to invest their hard-earned dollars. We’re excited to introduce our vertically-integrated company and all of our high-performing investment opportunities to future investors throughout the country.”
The event will kick-off at approximately 6 p.m. EST with a virtual toast. Attendees will have the opportunity to see the inner workings of all the DLP Real Estate Capital companies, including: DLP Capital Partners, DLP Direct Lending Partners, DLP Realty, DLP Real Estate Management, DLP Brite Homes, and Alliance Servicing. Wenner will give a thorough analysis of the current market as well as all of the company’s investment opportunities that are centered around income producing real estate investments, including their newest $1B flagship private REIT Housing Fund. The company will raffle off an extended weekend vacation at a beautiful DLP-owned property. The lucky winner can choose between DLP properties located in St. Augustine, FL; Asheville, NC; or St. Simons Island, GA. There will also be time allotted at the end of the event for an open Q&A session.
