Summary: We are looking for a highly energetic and experienced Director of Content & story telling Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, managing and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include interfacing with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Content Development Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and positive customer experience. This includes, but is not limited to, inbound digital and traditional marketing strategies, campaign-based content management, and holistic content integration across all applicable media.
What you have already achieved
- Proven work experience as a Content Manager and Writer
- Success with inbound marketing campaigns
- Management and execution of effective content plans, including the creation of content calendars and the implementation across various platforms (print, web, blog, social, email, video)
- Hands-on experience with G Suite, WordPress and various CRM Platforms
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Familiarity with social media
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Extremely organized and time-management skills
- Degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
- Experience using workflow management technology, wrike preferred

- Develop content campaigns aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout
- Create and publish engaging content
- Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
- Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
- Optimize content according to SEO
- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
- Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention
- All things copy related – copywriting, editing, proofing, coordinating with publications and much more
- Storytelling. By understanding the goal of the content strategy you are able to develop messaging that best resonates with the designated audience
- Communicating. Beyond words on the page you are able to comfortably communicate with the front line content creators, senior executives, and everyone in between
- Managing people (internal team and external vendors), quality, timelines and deliverables
