Summary : DLP Real Estate Capital is looking for a dedicated WOW Coordinator to help assist our front desk and executive team members in our Bethlehem headquarters. This candidate would be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling conference rooms, and assisting our executive team in day to day tasks.

What you have already accomplished:

  • Bi-Lingual Required
  • Real Estate experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Google services and Microsoft office tools
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Cost analyst experience a plus
  • Data entry
  • Upbeat and friendly personality
  • Executive-level assistance
  • Corporate event planning experience a plus
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
