Summary: We are looking for a high energy individual to serve as operations and data analyst in a role with tremendous growth potential. This position will be responsible for performing critical analysis related to the overall operations of an umbrella of companies in the fields of real estate, lending, capital and construction. The operations and data analyst will have additional operational responsibilities ranging from working on operational workflows and business reporting. This is a tremendous opportunity for an ambitious self starter to join a dynamic, growing company and work with several of our senior leaders in executing on high value projects.
What you have already accomplished:
- Collecting, tracking, and evaluating data
- Providing analysis, insights, creating reports and dashboards from data
- Utilizing dashboard “BI” tools
- Experience building and developing workflows and processes
- Experience creating variance reports and comparing proposals to budgets
- Solid negotiating skills
- Basic Programing skills are desired
- Project Management experience desired
What you are great at:
- Assist in building operational workflows,tracking, checklists, and reporting w/ in operating systems & via google sheets
- Develop and analyze variance reports
- Gather and analyze “manually” collected data
- Financial modeling via excel
- Assist in developing property & loan databases
- Lead various analytical projects for CEO
- Build and Manage “HR” database, tracking, and reporting
- Lead CRM build-out; workflows; integrations; APIs;
- Lead marketing & sales reporting
- Lead weekly digest report collection and analysis
- Lead “connecting of data” including google sheet tie outs
